You will have to enter the references using the Edit Reference wizard.

Because Apple's Pages software doesn't allow developers to create directly integrated software (like Microsoft Word does), we won't have an integrated solution for pages. But, hang on until August 2012 for our iPad app. It should do what you need...

For the majority of our customers it's not an issue since their computer is connected to the internet and the verification happens in a blink of an eye. But, if your computer is NOT connected to the internet when you run PERRLA, and it's been at least 2 weeks since the last time PERRLA has verified your status, you'll be prompted to connect your computer to the internet.

NOTE: There IS a work-around available for people whose computers are never connected to the internet. Contact our Customer Support team for more information.

For Word versions prior to Word 2007:

Click on Table -> Insert Table.
There you will select the number of rows and columns, and then click the Auto Format button.
There select Table Grid. After you click OK a couple of times, your table will be there.

For Word 2007 or 2010:

Click the Insert menu tab
Within the Table Group, click on Table
Click on the Insert Table... menu choice
Set the number of rows and columns
Click OK

Open PERRLA and click on the My PERRLA Papers tab.
Click the Browse button in the lower right corner of the window.
When the "Open" dialog box opens, click once on the file in question to highlight it.
Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard, or right click the file and select "Delete" from the list of options.
Depending on your Recycle Bin settings, you may be prompted to confirm the file deletion.
Close and reopen PERRLA, and the file will no longer be listed under the My PERRLA Papers tab.

To change the page number format, make sure that the PERRLA paper has at least one reference. With the paper open:

Double click in the header to open the Header and Footer tab.
A menu bar will appear and the header text will be featured.
Highlight the page number
Next, on the far left, you will see the the Header, Footer, Page Number section.
Click on the menu item that says Page Number
Hover your mouse over the item that says, "Top of Page"
Select the page number format you wish to use from the list.
You will need to repeat step 3 - 7 for each page.

Highlight the body of your paper
Click the PERRLA drop down menu (under the Add Ins tab in Word 2007/2010)
Click Change Format
Double click APA
